Our Purpose
We are a group of Bowraville based community members, who care about our community, and value this remarkable 100+ year old building in the heart of town.
BCDAI is currently in the process of attaining DGR status, which will enable local businesses to make donations, and receive tax deduction benefit.
Mission Statement
Our formal mission statement outlines our commitment to operating as a not-for-profit organisation serving the Bowraville community.
- • To operate as a not-for-profit organisation trading under the name 'The Bowraville Pioneer Community Centre'.
- • To promote and foster community involvement in, use of and access to The Bowraville Pioneer Community Centre.
- • To contribute to development of the community using our own resources or in cooperation with other organisations, groups and individuals.
- • To manage the assets of BCDAI, including The Bowraville Pioneer Community Centre, on behalf of the community.
DGR Status Progress
We are currently working towards attaining Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. This important milestone will provide significant benefits for our community and supporters.
